The Ministry of Foreign Affairs conducts a specialized course in negotiation skills

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Gaza has opened a training course in negotiation and conflict resolution skills through the “Zoom” program.

This course came as a result of cooperation with the British Foundation, in the presence of Eng. Mahmoud Al-Madhoun, Director General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Gaza.

The course targets the employees in international relations and cooperation departments in the Ministries in Gaza.

the first lecture done by a university professor specialized in the Negotiation skills and problem solving

Eng. Mahmoud Al-Madhoun has pointed out the importance of the training program and the urgent need to graduate junior leaders in the government who receive training by experts in the field of negotiations.

It is scheduled that the course will continue for six months in conjunction with other courses, till the end this year.

It is worth noting that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Gaza has begun implementing a series of training programs for the employees in international cooperation departments since the beginning of this year.
